We all want to do well in life. We all want to belong. But what happens when FEAR becomes our main drive in life? To go mad is a fate worse than dying. Yet we all know the thin line between sanity & insanity. Madness is no longer something confined to the mad, it is a reflection of the fast paced world & difficult crazy times in which we live.No-one is above being mad, none of us are immune to it. So, what is madness? Some examples are....
Being stuck in a life that holds no joy or feeling you have no purpose.
Thinking thoughts that restrict your life & everyday living.
Being filled with so much self loathing that you cause harm to yourself through substances like drugs or alcohol.
Losing contact with reality.
Thinking something/someone is harming you & you are helpless to fight it.
From the minute of birth to the day we die our mind soaks up & stores everything that happens in our life. That same mind gets overloaded for various reasons. With better awareness we can help put an end to the mystery surrounding madness. To be able to understand madness as an aspect of being human is bringing a whole new healing to our world.
